Well, um, I'm not really sure where to start. Honestly, I added an about section because I thought the three options in the header looked a lot cleaner than two. I also like this picture of me so it was really a no-lose situation.

Okay, okay. There IS something worth mentioning in this About section — I have wanted my own side blog for a while now, but I was always waiting for the "right" time. And to probably quote a movie about someone who is questioning a monumental life change, I would be waiting my whole life if I waited for that right time.

I work a day job as a Marketing Analyst at Kraft Heinz. Others say I work as a corporate stooge. Both are right. This role was the biggest life change that made me question if now was the right time. I can afford NBA League Pass now, so yeah, it was definitely as right as it could be.

As a native Michigander, I started watching the Pistons as a naive 8-year old boy in 2005. That year would be the worst year to start watching Pistons basketball. But that's when my love for the NBA and the game of basketball took off. It certainly didn't translate in kind on the court — I became a 3-and-D player that took off defensive plays and shot okay from the 3-point line. I became a much better observer of the game. If you can't play basketball, you coach. If you can't coach basketball, you write about it. So this is Crying Wolfe, where I will rant and rave and hopefully humor you with my words about basketball.
